Karen Tuttle is the Director for Verizon's Public Sector and EMEA/APAC Connected Experiences specialist sales teams, focusing on modernizing front and back-office capabilities to transform government and corporate employee and constituent experiences. With over 20 years of experience, Karen's career spans product management, UX design, and software engineering in startups, where she brought innovative B2B solutions like cloud SaaS, biometrics, and AI to market. She has excelled in fostering cross-functional collaboration, aligning business goals with technological solutions, and tailoring transformative roadmaps to meet unique customer needs. At Verizon since 2017, Karen has influenced product development by amplifying the Voice of the Customer and ensuring public sector requirements are addressed in new solutions. Her leadership combines deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to driving positive team environments and impactful outcomes.
