Bio

Denise Schilte-Brown will officially join Super League Tampa Bay in November 2023, upon the completion of her 17th season as head coach for the University of South Florida (USF Bulls). Schilte-Brown has led USF to six American Athletic Conference championships, including five straight seasons with a championship from 2017-2021. In 2020, she led the team as it won both the regular season and tournament championships in the same season for the first time. She also led the Bulls to four BIG EAST Championship appearances and has only missed two postseason conference tournaments in 15 seasons. Schilte-Brown has coached and developed over 30 professional women's soccer players including some of the world's top players such as Christiane Endler, Demi Stokes, Evelyn Viens and Cristina Ferral, and Trudy Carter. Four of her former players represented their countries in the 2023 FIFA World Cup In 2017, Schilte-Brown achieved UEFA "A" license and has held a USSF "A" license since 2001. Schilte-Brown is a published author of the team-building book "When We Replaces Me", this book is sold on the world-class coaching website. She was also the founder and owner of the Future 50 leadership academy and co-owner of Bull Soccer Camps Inc. A native of Grimsby, Ontario, and a member of the 1997 Canadian National Team, Schilte-Brown also played two seasons in the Women’s Bundesliega professional league in Germany as well as the W-League in the United States from 1998-2001.
