Christine Castellvi works for Cigna as a “Market Growth Leader” in North FL, and has responsibility over all new business, retention and financial growth for the commercial segment of all clients up to 3,000 lives. Christine’s role includes overall market strategy, leading the sales managers, meeting/exceeding membership and financial market growth targets, oversight of executive broker relationships, local community engagement, sales relationship to key provider systems, and the collaboration with all key matrix partners including underwriting, service, product, network, marketing, and finance. Christine’s 20 years with Cigna have also included roles as the VP of Sales for the Over 500 segment for new and existing business, Sales Manager of Retention for the Under 500 Segment in South FL, Select Segment (Under 250) Sales Manager for both new and existing business in South FL, National Select Segment Strategy Director, Director of Sales Operations for the South Central region, National Director of Self-funded Business Development for the Select Segment, along with direct client management and new business sales.
