Thank you for your interest in joining us at the 2025 Women’s Conference of Florida! This application is for exhibitors wishing to secure a 10x10 booth space at the conference. The participation fee is $600, payable by check. The following items will be provided to all vendors:
- 10ftx10ft booth space
- A six-foot rectangular table
- A wastebasket
- Two chairs
- Two tickets to attend sessions at the Women’s Conference of Florida
Please be aware that Wi-Fi, electricity, and linens will not be provided. If you require electricity, we can facilitate a connection with the approved vendor at the Tampa Convention Center. Additionally, we kindly request that all participating vendors supply floor-length linens.
