Lori started with Tampa Electric Company in 2014 where she has held several positions from Design Engineer to her most recent role of Manager of Distribution Design and Engineering. Her passion for continuous improvement has helped bring significant process improvement and cutting-edge management tools into her organization and the business. Prior to Tampa Electric, Lori served as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer where she analyzed subsurface conditions and drafted engineering design considerations and recommendations relating to the construction of various foundation systems. Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University and her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from USF. She is also a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
