Diane Obrist is a senior workplace consultant, executive coach and business development consultant at Gallup. Since joining the company in 1981, she has served as a trusted adviser and partner to Fortune 1000 companies, an adviser to entrepreneurial startups, and a subject matter expert on cultural engagement. She has used Gallup’s research and analytics to identify key opportunities and offer solutions to business challenges.

Obrist received recognition as Talent Management Consultant of the Year in 2014 and 2018, 2021, 2022 reflecting her passion for the growth and success of her client partners. She holds coaching certifications from the International Coach Federation and Gallup. Her purpose is to inspire individuals, teams and organizations to reach personal goals and organizational excellence.

Obrist earned a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of Nebraska. A native Nebraskan, Obrist her fiancé, and dog Murphy, now call Grapevine, Texas, home.
