Breakout Session

Why Mentoring Matters

Oprah Winfrey once said, “A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself.” Today, more than ever, this rings true for women at all stages of their career. As moderator of this panel-style breakout session, Jessica will engage an inspiring group of women leaders who will share their unique experiences to illustrate why mentoring matters, advise how to seek the best mentor for yourself, and help you learn how to serve as a mentor to others.
