The Inaugural Women’s Conference of Florida will be a two-day event held May 19 - 20, 2016.

Registration opens at 2pm on Thursday, May 19 on the first floor of the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina in the Terazzo Plaza.

Ticket includes admission to the Cheryl Strayed event on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at 6pm at the Tampa Theatre.

$215.00 Two Day General Admission
Ticket includes admission to the Cheryl Strayed event on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at 6pm at the Tampa Theatre and the Main Conference on Friday, May 20, 2016, at 7am at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina.

$2,500.00 VIP Table Sponsor
Ticket includes a full 10-person table, admission to all events, and VIP table signage.

 What should I wear / What may I bring?
 

Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire. During the day, you will be moving throughout the hotel, including up and down stairs, so wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes.

Consider bringing any of the following: business cards, phone/laptop/tablet + charger, paper/pen for taking notes, etc.

 What if I need to cancel?
 

Cancellations received by April 28, 2016 will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. All cancellations must be sent in writing to ashely@demarsemeetings.com. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

 Seating
 

Seating is done on a first come/first served basis except for the lunch session. Requests for special seating cannot be accommodated.

Any requests that need to be made due to special needs must be made in writing and submitted to info@conversaco.com.

Please be sure to include information about your allergies and/or intolerances when you complete your online registration, so that we can be sure to notify catering about meal needs.

There are six levels of sponsorship available for the Women’s Conference of Florida. As a sponsor, you have the unique ability to promote your brand to some of the most influential people in the state and attend important events throughout the duration of the conference.
